Kari Smith, originally from Ohio, moved to Chatham in the late 1980's. Kari is dedicated to helping clients find the right opportunity whether they are looking to buy a property or list their home for sale. Kari also runs the rental program at Chatham Real Estate. Her attention to the details of how properties are presented to tenants is outstanding. Kari has assembled the finest cleaning and maintenance staff available to meet the needs of all our customers. Larry Feightner enjoys all that Chatham has to offer and boating on Pleasant Bay is just one of his favorite things to do. Larry's roots on the Cape run deep as his Great Grandfather, Captain Abbott Walker, was the keeper of the Nauset Lifesaving Station in the nineteenth century. Larry is an Eagle Scout and participated as past Director of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce. For a time he was on the nominating committee for the Chatham Historical Society. Larry brings a desire to serve the community at large and he makes himself readily available by calling our office at 508-945-0000

Kimberly Howard started her career in real estate in 1984 in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1986 she returned to Cape Cod, her summer home since birth and the home of her mothers’ family for over 5 generations. She discovered and fell in love with Chatham, while working summers at The Wayside Inn, during her collegiate years at The University of Michigan. As an honors students she graduated with a BS in Economics and BFA in Dance & Film in 1982.In 1993 she co-founded The Lawn Cotillion, a philanthropic annual event that raised funds for Habitat for Humanity, The Cape Cod Museum of Fine Arts, Cape Cod Hospital, The Cape Cod Music Conservatory, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Susan B. Komen Foundation and The Fine Arts Association of Cape Cod and many other superb organizations. She has served as a volunteer in the Chatham Public Schools for over a decade, the Board of Trustees at UUMH and the Chatham Athletic Booster Club.
